Franklin Templeton's Franklin OnChain US Government Money Fund (FOBXX) is a tokenized money market fund that launched in April 2021. It was the first US-registered mutual fund to adopt a public blockchain — initially Stellar — as its official record of share ownership. Each share corresponds to one BENJI token, and the fund allocates at least 99.5% of its assets to government securities, cash and repurchase agreements.
