Overview
Pendle DAO manages the Pendle Finance protocol, a decentralised finance system that tokenises and enables trading of future yield from yield-bearing instruments. The protocol divides these instruments into Principal Tokens (PT) and Yield Tokens (YT), allowing participants to take positions on or mitigate yield exposure. Trading of these tokenised components is conducted through an automated market maker (AMM).
