Zellic Acquires Code4rena event
Overview
Blockchain security company Zellic completed its first acquisition in August 2024, purchasing Code4rena, a competitive smart-contract auditing platform backed by Paradigm. The acquisition was intended to combine Zellic's consultative, expert-driven audit methodology with the broad coverage generated by Code4rena's contest-based model. Zellic launched a hybrid service named Audits+ that integrates both approaches, while Code4rena was expected to remain an independent platform for its user community. Paradigm research partner samczsun gave a public endorsement of the transaction.
