Overview
The liquid restaking platform ether.fi has introduced a non-custodial payment card called ether.fi Cash. Rather than requiring users to deposit funds in advance, the card draws directly from their on-chain crypto holdings. It is compatible with both Apple Pay and Google Pay and can be used at any merchant that accepts these services. Virtual and physical card versions are available, with the specific type determined by the user's membership level. Repayment terms are flexible: there are no mandatory monthly payments, and users decide when to settle their spending. The underlying digital assets remain under the user's ownership throughout.
