Bancor V2.1 protocol
Overview
The Bancor automated market maker protocol has been upgraded to version 2.1. The new iteration permits liquidity providers to contribute a single token to a pool, rather than requiring both assets in a pair, while continuing to earn fees from trades. A dynamic system for mitigating impermanent loss has been integrated, which modifies pool weights over time to offset the effect.
Within The Counterparty graph, Bancor V2.1 connects to 1 tracked entity, most strongly to Ethereum.
