Liquity protocol
Overview
Liquity operates as a decentralized borrowing protocol on Ethereum. Users can obtain loans denominated in its stablecoin, LUSD, by pledging Ether (ETH) as collateral; these loans carry no interest. A minimum collateral ratio must be upheld for each loan. The protocol employs a Stability Pool and a Redemption mechanism to preserve the LUSD peg and manage liquidations.
Within The Counterparty graph, Liquity connects to 2 tracked entities, most strongly to Liquity USD, Liquity BOLD.
