Mountain Protocol, a DeFi issuer of the USDM stablecoin, generates yield for holders from its reserves of short-term US Treasury bills. The token, classified as a real-world asset (RWA) tokenization product, operates under the oversight of the Bermuda Monetary Authority. Participants may mint or redeem USDM, with returns derived from the underlying Treasury portfolio.
